ROOMS - This spacious ranch-style rambler 3 bedroom home features a recently remodeled, 5 piece ensuite off the primary bedroom with king bed. Vaulted ceilings, smart TV, portable Bose speaker with charging dock, dedicated workspace and French doors lead to a private entry to the yard. The two guest rooms feature queen beds, nightstands, spacious closets and smart TVs. All rooms equipped with ceiling fans for added comfort.
KITCHEN- Spacious kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, floor to ceiling tile and indoor/outdoor bar. Kitchen island seats 6 comfortably, offering space for board games, dining and food preparation. Dining table also seats 6 alongside a beautiful, custom mural of the agave plant.
YARD - The unique layout of this neighborhood offers yard space in the front of the home with privacy walls and a locked gate. The yard features a salt pool with optional pool heating (available at $75/ day), water fountain with relaxing basket chair, outdoor bar with window into the kitchen, ceiling fans, bistro lights, custom murals, faux grass, outdoor fire pit and plenty of seating.
FAQs
- Pool heating available between October and April for additional fees of $75/day or $350/week. Hot tub heating is available free of charge.
- Standard check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Early check in or late check outs not guaranteed. If we have another guest departing or arriving on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the home, so we won’t be able to offer this. We won’t know until 24 hour prior to your dates, so be sure to ask our guest services team about availability and additional fees.. For guaranteed flexibility, we invite you to reserve the night before or the night after to ensure you can arrive and depart at your leisure.
- Up to 2 dogs welcomed for additional fees. Guests must follow pet policies in house rules and in our guidebook.
- Guests advised to purchase travel for unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation policies enforced.
- Guests are asked to provide a complete list of their registered guests (adults over the age of 18) including, but not limited to full names and ages. Vehicles must also be registered by provided make, model and license plate numbers. Guests not willing to comply with these requirements are subject to cancellation without a refund.

Great place to stay. The pool and spa are wonderful and well worth the charge to heat it on these cooler days. They have anticipated most of our needs intuitively and conveniently. The hosts were excellent with communication and always responded within minutes. This is going to be my go-to home in Mesa.

This was my second time at this property. It was perfect for my family of 6. Everyone had their own space and the pool was great for the out of town guest.

Agave Digs was just what my family needed.The flow of the home was very comfortable and spacious - gave us some elbow room.The private patio and pool made a perfect place for us to start our mornings and to decompress at night after a busy.Large TVs, great portable Bluetooth speaker, and the welcome gift was a nice treat.The host was very responsive, accommodating to our requests and questions, and the instructions for our stay were spot-on.For this location, Agave Digs was a great find. Thanks!

The house was well stocked, beautiful large kitchen, living room , master bedroom with mattress superior to anything we have slept on. We had hoped to use the hot tub as advertised as the 2 weeks in Jan were quite chilly but apparently the hot tub won’t heat above 80 degrees as it is too expensive to heat. The only other disappointment was the traffic noise which was really annoying at night. Other than that a very nice roomy house fully stocked with everything anyone would need.
