The promenade is surrounded by greenery, and its wide avenues encourage walking and recreation. In the summer, it becomes a popular spot for strollers, joggers, and cyclists. Along the Seaside Boulevard, there are beaches where you can relax and soak up the sun. There are also recreational areas where various cultural and sports events are organized. In the vicinity of the boulevard, there are numerous restaurants, cafes, and food outlets offering local and international dishes. It's an excellent place to indulge in culinary experiences by the sea. Near the apartment, you will find the City Theater, an ice rink, a bowling alley, and a skate park.
