This home is located 1.1 miles, a 5-7 minute drive, from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and is next to the State Park and Island Greenway. Each bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom and a half bath dedicated to the living and kitchen/dining areas. Proximity to Dow Rd and Old Dow Rd allows for an easy drive to most places on the island and quick access to one of the local grocery stores.

Convenient location to the state park, Freeman Park, Carolina and Kure beach, restaurants and grocery store. Condo was super clean and allows plenty of room for a large family or couples. Quiet neighborhood. The property manager was quick to respond when we had a question. Highly recommend vacationing here! We will definitely be back!
