Quiet neighborhood on North Salem area! About a 10 min walk to downtown, Witches house and all the museums.
Private parking for 2 car. Everything is within 10min walking, buses are also available including the Salem Skipper.

Beds were comfortable, as was the common area. The entry area didn’t have any sound buffer so when the other tenants in the building came and went it sounded like they were at our door. Location was convenient.

Over all not bad for the price. Only issue was the upstairs tenants or other visitors were extremely loud. Sounded like the were moving furniture all night was woken up a couple of times.

The place was clean and there plenty of space. The walking distance to downtown Salem wasnt bad and it was nice to be able to leave our vehicle sit. The worst thing about this place was the noise coming from the upstairs unit. This is a duplex with each level being a full unit. That place is also rented out. They were extremely loud walking around for all hours of the night. Things being dropped, heavy walking, and banging. We stayed 4 nights and all but one night was just miserable trying to stay asleep. I did email the host but all did was acknowledge the complaint. Sleep was very important so that we could enjoy all the things Salem had to offer. Unfortunately it was very lacking. I will not stay at this Vrbo again. If you value, your rest I would recommend not staying here.
