This gorgeous, updated beach house is the perfect getaway for your family. With an open floor plan, large bedrooms, a huge deck, and private beach, there is something for everyone. Spend your days laying in the sun and playing at the beach, using the gas grill for outdoor cooking. and your nights watching the sunset and roasting smores over the fire. INSIDE THE HOME
The house features 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is on the main level with a king bed and private patio. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are also on the main level, both with bunk beds. There is also a full bathroom and laundry room on the main level. The kitchen and living room are large and open, with beautiful furniture and amazing views. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are on the upper level, both with a king bed and their own full bathrooms.

I was concerned about being close to the public beach but it worked out so well. We visited the play ground there everyday with our grand children. Consider bringing the bikes. There are a host of trails for biking and hiking just a bit down the road.Lovely family home. Just as discribed. Thye even have the shower stool!We celebrated my dad's 90th birthday. We grilled all but one night. Kitchen is well apointed. We had smores on the deck fire pit and lots of great beach walks to the pier and north.

Wonderful layout with beautiful views of Lake Michigan. We had the use of two kayaks and two paddle boards as well as plenty of sand toys for the kids. Check-in and check out were a breeze. Jaqua sent a helpful text the evening before check-out to remind us of the protocol. The bedrooms were generously sized for our group of eight. All of our communication was prompt and courteous.

The location was great - right on the lake. The a/c did not work properly for the first 3 days and this really detracted from our time. The realtor responded, but it took some time.

The place is very nice with grill, kayaks a paddle board. Would’ve been nice to have beach toys but we brought those. We left some cheap noodles for next guests. Overall it’s quite a nice place perfect for beach vacation for the 12 of us. I do struggle a bit with the premium price. But thankful it was available as another Vrbo property cancelled us with 60 days to find a place.
