Wonderful apartment in a perfect location. Everything you need within walking distance. Lively street downstairs and amazing view of the acropolis. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend.

We had a great time here . Andy is super attentive and quick to respond. The apartment is really nice and comfortable , great unobstructed view to Acropolis and stone throw to all the attractions and restaurants. I had 6 people in my party and very comfortable and ample space for everyone. I would highly recommend this apartment to everyone visiting Athen. You won’t find anything nicer and hope to be able to return one day

This property was a great space for our family to visit Athens! Our favorite part was the amazing view of the Parthenon and Acropolis from our huge balcony. The sunset over the acropolis is amazing! It is a perfect location within walking distance to amazing restaurants and all of the tourist sites. Hellas arranged transportation from the airport and ferry!
When you arrive, there is not a place to store bags prior to the check in time. We used lockers $45 for a few hours within close proximity to the property. We had a delayed check-in due to a water leak; however, this was not communicated to us. We stood on the street for 45 minutes with our bags. Finding the lockbox/apt entry was difficult. Upon check in, the apartment was still being repaired and needed continued cleaning- host was not present. The leak needed subsequent repairs the following day which required a repair man to be in the apartment for at least a couple of hours. An assistant was present with the repairman.
The prints for the 2 in 1 washing machine are in Greek. We spent time googling how to use it. We contacted the host-he was unsure of the model in the apartment & unclear on how to operate the 2 in 1 machine to wash/dry clothes. Get clear instructions prior to using this as we had many of our clothes ruined in the wash (we wrung & hung to dry).
The day before arrival Hellas sent me a message asking me to “stop calling him incessantly about nothing” although I had not called once. He apologized.
