About this house rental
Newly remodeled private beachfront home with a great beachside deck to lay in the sun or cookout on the gas grill! You can also enjoy playing or lying in the sun on the private beach in front of the house! The owner's family is very allergic to pets; therefore, NO pets are considered at this home.
BEDDING CONFIGURATION
A renter may bring an air mattress to accommodate up to two additional guests. The maximum occupancy of the home is 8 guests, and the existing bed arrangements comfortably sleep 6.

This home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, modern amenities, and totally updated decor and furnishings! The first bedroom has a queen bed and great windows that face the water, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a slider out to the back deck and the third bedroom has two twin beds. One of the bathrooms has a great shower only and the second bathroom features a great shower/tub combo! This is not a pet-friendly property.
Grand Haven is located on the shores of Lake Michigan. We are a quaint, little beach town recently named the "Happiest Seaside Town in America," by Coastal Living Magazine. Here, your family will find Grand Haven State Park, which was voted in the Top 10 Best Beaches in the world by Travel+Leisure Magazine. The boardwalk stretches one and a half miles, beginning at Chinook Pier and ending at the iconic red lighthouse. Historic, affordable, and amusing, the trolley is continually traveling throughout the waterfront and downtown areas dropping you off at any desired location. This property is located on the North Shore, where you can find North Beach Park just minutes away. At the end of the day, grab a blanket to sit on and head to the Waterfront Stadium where the whole family can enjoy the Musical Fountain. This synchronized lights, water, and music show have coined the title "World's Largest." This free show plays nightly at dusk throughout the summer. Second summer staying at Memories as we love the location/access to the beach. Very clean, charming cottage home. Has everything you would want for a summer beach vacation on Lake Michigan! So many biking/hiking trails. State parks just down the road.

We had our two adult sons, their wives and two grandchildren. ( 2 years and under). Everyone loved it. The beach and lake location is unbeatable. The house was just enough room for everyone. It was our first visit to the Grand Haven area and we will definitely be back!

My only complaint is i walk with a walker so i knew gwtting an army to get me to the beach would be a chore. But i thought i coyld sit on deck and watch kids and grandkids play but there is a tall hill of sand and wild grass blocking view. My only complaint. House was wonderful and neighbors on both sides are super friendly
