If you're looking for the ultimate relaxing vacation, look no further. From the minute you step into this beautifully updated home, to the second you're laying by the pool, you will feel the stress melt away. The large fenced in backyard features a heated pool with a slide, a beautiful patio area for grilling on the gas grill and eating, and a nice fire pit for smore's at night. If you choose to spend the day at the beach, Lake Harbor Park is only a mile from the home. Norton Shores is nestled between Muskegon and Grand Haven, making this home the perfect spot to explore Lake Michigan beachside towns. No matter how you chose to spend your time, this vacation home will be a great choice for your vacation!
This home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with two living areas, a large kitchen and dining area, and a full basement. The main floor has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a half bathroom. The second floor houses the other three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with a full master bath. The third bedroom has a 2 full bunk beds and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed. The third and fourth bedrooms are connected with a Jack and Jill type full bathroom. In the basement you will find a futon and foosball table. The pool is heated and is open from May to the end of September. This is not a pet friendly property.
Muskegon is located on the shores of Lake Michigan. We are also home to many state parks, including P.J. Hoffmaster State Park, where you can find 10 miles of hiking trails and a beautiful beach. Take a trip to downtown Muskegon where you will find a variety of breweries and restaurants to enjoy. Muskegon is also the home to The Lakes Mall, which is surrounded by shopping, food and fun! Plan on spending a day with your family at Michigan's Adventure for a day of action and excitement. If you desire a day relaxing in the sun, head to the Muskegon River or the White River where River Rat Rentals and Happy Mohawk Canoe will rent tubes and canoes for your family to calmly float down the river. This property is located in the city of Norton Shores. Lake Michigan is just a short walk from the house. A few miles down the road is Lake Harbor Park, featuring trails, dunes, the big lake, and a channel to Mona Lake, a smaller lake that has a beach of its own. Our family, ranging in ages from 18 months to 58, had an amazing time at the hillside cottage. The pool and backyard amenities were awesome. We saw deer every day walking along the hill in the backyard, as well as in the neighborhood! Easy access to things like Michigan’s Adventure and beaches made this a great location.

We enjoyed our stay! Lots of amenities and easy to prepare meals together. There were 8 in our party, and it was the perfect number for this space. The pool is large and amazing!

The house was great. Great, large pool we all enjoyed. Great outdoor and living space, especially large tables for family meals. Kitchen was really well stocked with everything you could possible need. Bedrooms were good. One mattress on the upstairs queen wasn't great. Fans in the bedrooms were welcome. The thermostat was very touchy and two nights we awoke to see the cooling wasn't on and it was very warm in the house. But no issue was a big one. Bathrooms were clean and towels plentiful. Laundry downstairs was excellent and roomy and the kids enjoyed the games in the basement very much.Family space for games was wonderful. Easy access to beach and parks and other towns for restaurants and shopping. Grocery delivery service was excellent and easy.Great property. Thanks for having us.

Wonderful family vacation with great memories!
The only thing in question was that we thought it had a hot tub or jacuzzi.
The house was beautiful! They had all the amenities we needed.
