The Avalon condominium complex at Clearwater is located in a beautiful gated community 3 miles away from Clearwater Beach , It is a short drive to Indian Rocks Beach, Honeymoon Island and 20-30 minutes from TPA .The condo is on the ground floor , steps away from the pool .
A fully equipped kitchen new granite counter tops, coffee maker, air-fryer ,blender, cookware , silverware , dinnerware, glasses etc., the kitchen has everything you need for the everyday meal preparation . Paper towels and toilet paper.

Large bedroom with king size bed , 32 inches TV , and a walk-in closet .
In the living room there is a new Casual contemporary 2pc sectional featuring a pull-out ottoman sleeper and hidden storage. Upholstered in a navy blue fabric, the loveseat features a drop down table with cupholders and USB charging in the arm. The chaise offers hidden storage under the seat cushion as well as USB
Linens , covers , pillows, bath towels , iron, iron board, hair dryer are provided for you, beach chairs, umbrella , towels and cooler .

Our host JD was so great. The condo was wonderfully decorated and clean. He offered all the amenities we needed for a wonderful vacation. The condo is so centrally located to everything we had planned. The pool was just steps away which was so convenient. He was quick to respond to any question and constantly kept us updated on our trip before arriving. We went down to Clearwater for the first time to celebrate my 70th birthday and upon arriving at his unit he had a box of candy and a birthday card waiting for me which was such a sweet gesture. We highly recommend using JD’s condo if you are planning to visit Clearwater and the area. We know we will definitely be staying there again. Thank you JD.

We spent 6 nights and had a great time at this place. The unit is precisely the same as described. It was so nice to find all those little things that we usually do not want to carry on travel, but still would like to use and feel like home. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. The host is very responsive and helpful. The complex has a very nice and very warm pool to relax. Close to Sand Key and Clearwater beaches, nice restaurants around as well as shopping plazas. we highly recommend this condo.
