This place was ok. It's very close to the clubhouse which is nice and if you need a cheaper place to stay this is it. It's not updated and amenities are minimal. It was very cold upon our arrival and heat took a while to catch up, but stayed warm. The place could benefit from a deep clean with some dust on the walls and in the corners of the rooms. I asked if cleaning supplies were available and did not get a response from the host. I've stayed at pointe royale before and had pretty high standards based on prior rentals.

Everything was clean! We did have to replace batteries in door lock because it wouldn’t lock from the outside.

We love staying at Pointe Royale! Our condo was perfect for our little family - it had enough room for all four of us and everything we needed. The amenities, including food service and gym facilities, were so convenient! We will definitely be back!

The unit was clean but needed to be updated. At first the front door lock was not working. The owner brought a key.
