Location is great!The beach is right in front of the condo and is within walking distance of the restaurants in Surfside. The condo is fine but the bathrooms are old and need to be updated - especially the showers.

Great location. Condo was comfortable other than 3rd bedroom - which was designed to sleep 3 people (a single over double bunk) - way too small for that many people plus had no closet, no ceiling fan - maybe ok for little kids but don't plan for grown ups to stay in that room. Also disappointed with limited parking - condo sleeps 9 people but only has 1 on site parking spot. When I called property company for recommendations on other parking options, they didn't respond. Finally, I made the reservation on VRBO and it wasn't at all clear that a property mgt company was the host and that they wouldn't accept my VRBO reward points. So the trip ended up costing $200.00 more than expected. I would recommend the unit b/c of its location and general comfort but not for more than 4 people (2 couples or couple plus 2 children).
