Perched on a prime lot with stunning ocean and mountain views, this peaceful retreat is tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic. With all bedrooms on the first floor, it’s the perfect haven for friends and family to gather, relax, and enjoy each other’s company. 1. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
2. No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties or events are not permitted.
3. Guest Limit: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Any additional visitors must have approval from hosts.
4. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors and the community.
5. No pets: Pets are not allowed on property.
6. Respect the Property: Please treat the home and its belongings with care. Report any damages immediately.
8. Garbage: Trash days are every Tuesday. Kindly help us by taking out as much trash as possible on designated trash days rather than waiting until the end of your stay. This ensures the space stays fresh and enjoyable for everyone.

10. Hot Tub Rules: Use at your own risk, and children must be supervised.
11. Parking Instructions: 3 total. 1 vehicle in the garage, 2 vehicles on the driveway.
