Amazing 3 Bedroom 3 Bath, Fully Renovated, Central Andover Location

The host was very welcoming and accommodating. It was clean and exactly what we needed during our stay!

Beautiful home. Great location. Close but not too close to Boston. It had everything we wanted for 3 couples to stay comfortably.

All guests agreed that the apartment exceeded all our expectations.

This is a second-floor apartment, one of three in a large home on a busy thoroughfare. It’s small, but very comfortable, with great beds and a well-stocked kitchen. Downstairs is an open concept -- living room, kitchen and half bath. Upstairs are the two bedrooms. When we arrived, we noticed that there were not enough towels for our five-day stay, and no dish towels provided at all in the kitchen; I called the property management team and they responded quickly and were very friendly. No televisions or ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Great A/C system. Plenty of lovely windows, so great lighting. Two of the windows wouldn't lock, though, and the front door doesn't have an inside lock so anyone with the security code could enter -- but perhaps they change the code after each rental, not sure. Generous with their coat hangers (I've had to ask for them from other VRBO's!). Wonderful bedding and plenty of great blankets supplied. The description says "dryer," but there's actually a wonderful laundry room in the basement of the home with washer, dryer, supplies and a nice folding table. Unlike many other VRBO's, the check-out instructions weren't a mile long - just take out the trash, turn out the lights, set the thermostat. Five stars.
