About this apartment rental
The apartment is perched on the cliffs just above the water with panoramic sea views, and the guest can hear the waves crashing against the rocks below the apartment, there is a 180 degree view of the sea, the beach and the marina.
And the living area and bedrooms has large windows looking out to sea and terraces with tables and chairs just above the water. When you are in this apartment seems to be in a boat.

The apartment has two double bedrooms, both with its own wardrobe space. The main bedroom features a double bed and the second one has a bunk bed and a single bed
There is also a full bathroom with bathtub
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, vitroceramique and micro-onde.

From From the living room you can access a fantastic terrace over the sea. Very few apartments in Sitges can boast a terrace like this, on the sea, with fantastic views of the Aiguadolç port, Sitges and the immense Mediterranean Sea.
The terrace is equipped with an outdoor tableIt and chairs also has a retractable awning to protect yourself from the hot summer sun.
From the master bedroom you go to another terrace with a large table and chairs.
The third terrace equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers is above the apartment and is accessed by stairs from the living room
At some times of the year, sunsets and sunrises are often very special, as the sky is dyed in orange colors.
There is an AC unit in the dining area, suitable to refresh all the property.
All guests staying at the apartment in the Punta Gaviota complex can enjoy the beautiful communal pool.

This apartment really is a fantastic option for your visit to Sitges. The Sitges Marina is 5 minutes away and the center of Sitges is a 15 to 20 minute walk along a pretty coastal. The sandy beach is 4-5 minutes walk.

Simply the most incredible VRBO we have ever stayed in. Tina’s apartment on the cliffs of Sitges, Spain felt like being in a castle. The balconies and the views of the sea were spectacular. The apartment was spotless and had every amenity that we needed. Tina was superb at communication throughout our entire stay. Arturo and she are both kind and gracious hosts. It’s just a short walk or taxi ride into the beautiful city of Sitges. 10/10!!!

Absolutely gorgeous view! It was so peaceful. The pier and beach is very walkable! We wish we didn’t have to leave so soon.

Great location, amazing apartment and enough space for 5 of us with multiple balconies. There is a Trainline close by but we didn’t notice the trains as there’s quadruple glazing, additional shutters and they pass by v quickly so not noticeable at all. We had a lovely time and would happily return to stay again sometime!

I was travelling with my two adult daughters and we enjoyed our stay very much.The apartment had everything we needed, I was especially happy for the kitchen having all the utensils we would want. Dishwasher and a washing machine were great to have as well. The views are simply gorgeous, the building beautiful and the neighbourhood very nice. But above all, we would like to thank Florentina and Arturo for making us feel so welcome.
