The whole setup and setting was perfect. Great access to the beach while the tree line also provided some shade and privacy. We loved the whole outdoor living and pool space. The home was sparkling clean, Wi-Fi was reliable, the food prepared by Nixon was great, and Barry was quick to respond to questions and provided a lot of helpful information. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Tequila Sunrise exceeded all our expectations. The villa was absolutely stunning, the location on the beach was probably the best on the entire strip. Pure white sand, bright blue ocean, close to everything as well.
The home itself was in such magnificent shape and had an fabulous floorplan with views from every room. The pool was warm and great for the kids.
The beach is one of the best in the world in my option and I’ve travelled a lot, the pictures are amazing but the actual place is even better.
The staff were extremely friendly, professional, helpful and always available. The chef made anything you wanted and it was always so delicious.
The owners were quick to communicate and respond to any questions and very pleasant to deal with.
I would recommend this place hands down.
We’ll be back for sure.

House was amazing, loved the proximity to beach, pool was fabulous, very comfortable for a family of six. The staff were amazing, especially Nixon and his cooking! Can’t wait to come back again soon!!

Spotlessly clean, beautiful property, Chef - Musa fabulous and day Security fabulous - setting of the property on the beach stunning and swimming pool divine, all communications with Barry prompt and efficient - THANK YOU myself Finley and Lewis and friends had a fabulous 9 nights - wish we could have stayed longer but fostered elephants to see for the children
