- The aerobic sewer system is programmed to spray between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. However, if guests use too much water and fill up the tank, it will spray CO water outside of the programmed hours and randomly. Guests should be cautious of water usage
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is in the front facing the exterior entry, camera 2 is on the back facing the exterior entry, and camera 3 is on the back facing the road. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and sound

The rental was ok. However, there where spider webs on the ceiling in the kitchen full of bugs and the kitchen floor was dirty. The dishes where in the cabinet dirty had to scrub be for using. The picture on the website is very dissiving, the lake front is not lake front. To get to the lake and use the dock is a good walk away from the house... you have to walk close to 150 yards before getting to dock.
