Coming from USA at night, initially the grafitti in the neighborhood is intimidating. We arrived late due to a flight delay. The host left a code to get an entry key but did not give access to the electricity card. We had NO electricity the first night and NO response from the host until the next afternoon following many attempts. Requested compensation for the first night and have received NO response.
