Incredible ocean view Surf City

Love staying, the apartment was clean and very quiet. My wife and I are homebody’s and wanted a quiet spot to relax. I live in America and came to spend six days of relaxations with my wife who lives in El Salvador. The air conditioning was very cold, the shower was very strong, we cooked on a clean stove, the internet worked perfect. The refrigerator and appliances worked just fine. Felt like home away from home. The caretaker and other residence were very friendly, I felt safe and secure at all times. The caretakers maned the large gate 24/7. Look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you!

Everything was nice.

At first glance, I wasn’t very impressed with the look of the building. Like they say what’s more important what’s inside! The inside was cleaned and had all the necessary kitchen utensils. Unfortunately, on our first night there. We were hit by a tropical storm! So being right by the water is not always a good idea specially when is hard to maintain an old building. So water came through the glass door and through the window. Right away called management, thankfully they answered right away! They assured me they will send someone to clean and send new towels but that never happened so had to used all the towels and washed them to use them the rest of my stay. Some bugs came in got rid of two cockroaches and some ants in the kitchen (the roaches were creeping around the living area)The property’s personnel were very attentive and helpful. Overall a good stay!
