Just stay at Grand Galvez or San Luis resort. We didn’t know the area and decided to try Vrbo. This is and old building and needs rehab. My husband has a mustache and goatee but the check in person called him Christina multiple times. That went over as well as a train wreck. We got stuck in one of the elevators which both of seem to be 40+ years old and the call button in it is disabled for whatever reason. It was then taken out of service and repaired next day. The unit is ok but smells of what I think is mold being covered up by some kind of cleaner. The lock to get in is cumbersome and should be replaced with a Bluetooth one. Somehow lost the email with the code so were locked out for about 45 min at 6am. The Wi-Fi is 24mb so the zoom meetings I had were choppy. Signing and initialing around 10 things at check in that say things like you are responsible for all attorney fees if we sue you and etc is not pleasant and that you have to clean the unit because it’s not a hotel room but rather someone’s home while charging a high cleaning fee was off putting. There are two ev parking spots but no chargers not sure what the point of that is. Both spots flooded ankle deep after an hour of rain. The gate is coded and locked but was left slid open multiple times maybe broken not sure. Laundry machines leak all the detergent all over the front of the machine instead of inside of it.
