BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

My family and I loved the decor and the condo at Lagoon Tower. The light in the kitchen needs repaired that is flush with the ceiling, the interior part of the light is coming down we noticed. A light switch going into the kitchen area, we kept off because it was weak-it didn't consistently turn on the lights. We had to be moved from our original condo due to a leak and mold, was given the incorrect information for the second condo, and ended up at Lagoon Tower. We were beyond elated as to how nice it was! The condo has security onsite, very professional, very informative, friendly and they all do a great job! The indoor pool is heated and the spa, both very nice! This property has an outdoor pool and pier area. The access to the beach is across the street. This property ended up being a great fit for us! It has new carpet, washer and dryer, and amazing views from the 15th floor! On super windy days we were able to hang around the condo and fish instead of going to the beach. Its location is out of and away from the traffic which was also very nice! Lagoon Tower is a nice property, quiet, clean, and well maintained.

The VRBO pictures are great, but being in the condo and looking at the entire gulf area from 15 stories is absolutely amazing! We kept the curtain open at night just to see the beautiful view. For four days we were living on TOP OF THE WORLD! We highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed staying in the unit. It was very clean. The process for obtaining the key to enter the unit was stressful and the Check-In instructions were confusing. It would have been very nice to have a keyless entry, similar to access to the indoor pool and the gate for entry to the beach. One of the keys would not unlock the unit's door but could lock it. Found that to be an interesting concept. We reported the key issue immediately upon arrival on Fri but did not get a replacement key until 3 days later on Monday. Instructions for getting access to your WiFi was not correct on the write-up. Reported that issue immediately also. A customer service rep did something to provide access to my cell phone but not to the two other guests. After I reported that issue, WiFi access was discontinued on my phone. Resolution on this issue was received 2 days later on Sunday. For some odd reason, access to your cable service ended on Tuesday around 5pm, the day before we checked out.
