About this apartment rental
A remodeled condo with new appliances, mattress, sleeper, sofa and furnishings in the Seaside Beach and Racquet Club complex. The complex features 3 pools (2 outdoor and 1 indoor), tennis courts, shuffle board, sauna, steam room, fitness room, BBQ grills, picnic tables, clubhouse, and Adirondack chairs that look out over the ocean for a nice relaxation.
The unit is located in the tennis villas and is on the second floor of building 1. There is an elevator located at the end of building 1. The condo features a one bedroom and one bathroom setup. There is a new queen pullout sofa with upgraded mattress in the living room with blackout curtains in both sleeping areas for a well rested vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked for those who love to cook. There is a side view of the ocean from the balcony and it has a beautiful view of the sunset. There are many attractions near by such as Adventure Island, which is directly across the road, along with Doc’s Seafood and Steaks, Bubba Seafood House, and Live Bait that are within walking distance. This condo is a great fit for a short getaway or a family vacation.

Beautiful beach condo rental. I would recommend to anyone going to Orange beach area! My husband and I had a great time celebrating our anniversary. The location was super close to all that we wanted to do and not too far from Florida and Gulf shores area. You gotta love a place that has its own beach entrance as well. If you want a nice and peaceful place to go, this would the place. No partying and loud crowds just enhanced the trip. The Tusseys have made a vacation rental feel like a home away from home.
