About this cottage rental
The Mas Quintana of Ciuret is a 16th century country house, thoroughly refurbished but without losing his old Catalan rural background, located at an altitude of 1200 meters, between the ridges of Bellmunt and Milany and among the districts of Osona, Ripollès and Garrotxa.
Despite his proximity to the Mediterranean Sea, his vegetation is Atlantic with extensive meadows and beech forests.
The access is through a paved road, which goes from Vidrà (Osona) at a distance of 6 Km, to La Vall d’en Bas (Garrotxa) at 14 Km. The road winds along one of the Catalan’s most spectacular landscapes.
This is an ideal place from which we can trek to emblematic points such as Puigsacalm, Bellmunt, or the ruins of the Milany and the Curull castles, or merely find the silence only disturbed by the chirping of the birds, the tolling of the bells of the herds, or the murmur of the waters sliding downstream.

És la tercera vegada que anem a Mas Quintana. Aquest cop ens hem allotjat a Cal Pubill un grup de 29 persones, hem pogut gaudir de la primera planta que fins ara no estava oberta. La casa sencera té capacitat per 35 persones. Les habitacions són totes molt àmplies, els llits molt còmodes i els banys impecables.
Els espais comuns super còmodes, la cuina té de tot(dues neveres, forn, vaixella, copes, gots, coberts per a molta gent, etc) i una llar de foc increïble.
El jardí és molt gran i ben cuidat i amb barbacoa. Hem aprofitat moltíssim la taula de ping pong i el futbolin. No falta de res! L´entorn és preciós i molt tranquil. Hem passat un gran cap de setmana i repetirem segur!

We celebrated our wedding here with a group of nearly 40 friends. And it was the perfect venue in every way. The setting is breathtaking. The rooms in the house are finished to hotel standard and everything we could have needed was there. It's the kind of place you don't want too many people knowing about because it is so remote and peaceful. Like something out of a fairytale. The area has its own micro climate and the weather is changeable but as mountain lovers this was perfect for us. Bright sun one moment, rainbow and showers next!

El últim cap de setmana de juliol vam anar un grup d’amics a celebrar el 30 aniversari duna noia del nostre grup. En total vam ser 16 persones contant 4 nens petits.
Resum del cap de setmana es FANTÁSTIC!!! Hem anat a molts llocs però sempre guardes els records mes bonics, des de un primer moment en Joaquim propietari ha tingut una atenció molt propera y amable. La casa fantàstica amb un entorn per la canalla i els grans en el que poder gaudir de l’aire lliure, menjar i sol.
La casa esta molt ven equipada amb 4 banys complets on l’aigua calenta no es problema per poder banyar-nos tots a l’hora, una cuina amb estris de tota mena de últim model. Zona de pati amb herba, lloc de barbacoa y taules y cadires de jardí per dinar 25 persones sense problema.
La petita basa fa de piscina per tots on poder remullar-te.
Dins la casa la neteja i la cura en tots els espais fa que sigui molt acollidor. Tenen WIFI per els mes tecnològics i dues estàncies una d’elles amb llar de foc que a l’hivern ha de ser lloc de reunions de hores ;).
Resumint molt recomanable per a grups grans d’amics i nens petits.
