About this villa rental
Beautiful views from the center model of a small three home resort like complex, with the river running by it! The old Golf course is currently closed and turned back to natural wilderness with a lot of trees and home to wild life.

An artistically designed Santa Barbara style home, looking out on large vistas surrounded by hills and wildlife. It is usual to see deer, wild turkey, quail, hawks, red winged black birds, owls, wild boar the occasional bears and much more. See photos for views.
This home is secluded at the end of a private cement lane, just a short walk to the shopping center, with two restaurants, thrift store, grocery store, and post office.
You will secure your vehicle in a private two car garage, and come to the front door through a private courtyard.
You are about ten minutes from the Sequoia National Park Entry.
The floor plan is open, with complete kitchen, living room and dining room. There is an outdoor bbq and patio just off the dining room for relaxing with spectacular views.
This property has a full size washer and dryer along with soap at your service indoors.

We had a great time here. The house was awesome. Loved the notebook with local information, especially since no one was working the park ! It was a very comfortable place to relax, cook and stay after a day of hiking.

Fabulous location- very quick to get up to Sequoia National Park. The house is very comfortable and well set up with everything you could need. I found it to be very quiet and peaceful with the sounds of the river in the background. Also a short walk to coffee, food and groceries. Would absolutely stay here again!
