This stylish renovated 4 seasons cottage is situated on a double lot with a 60 x 80 waterfront(lake) lot. 2 Bedrooms(1 Queen, 1 Double, 2 Singles), 2 PC Bath, washer and dryer. Open concept living area/kitchen 2 Double sliding doors with lake view, wrap around deck. Lake lot is the left lot located diagonally across from the property. Gas Furnace & Central Air. Whatever kind of vacation you are looking for we have something for everyone!
Leamington is located on the north shores of Lake Erie and is just a day trip from London, Kitchener-Waterloo, northeastern Ohio, and southeastern Michigan and is world renowned for its bird watching and outdoor activities. Located on the 42nd parallel Leamington Ontario is in line with Northern California, the French Riviera and Rome Italy.
