Located on the Boardwalk, your Ocean Hideaway Unit 401 awaits! This Beautiful & Spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo with many upgrades is perfect for your family of 7. It features a well- equipped modernized kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dual coffee maker (single k-cup or pot, )washer & dryer, central air and an open kitchen/dining/living room area with Spectacular Views of the Ocean. Enjoy sitting on your private balcony absorbing the magnificent views & sounds of the ocean and the master bedroom overlooks the ocean with access to a large balcony. The master bedroom features a king bed with private bath. The second bedroom features a double bed & a twin bed. The Living Room Sofa is a Queen Sleep Sofa.
The building is well equipped with multiple staircases, elevators, outside shower, handicap ramps and assigned parking for 1 car. Close to everything. Park the car for the week and Enjoy!
Guest supplies sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property to add to your reservation. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
Condo includes WiFi and 3 Smart TVs, with cable in the living area and the Primary bedroom.
This property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights in the off season.
The unit is Non-Smoking, Non-Vaping. No pets allowed.

This is a fabulous unit! Perfect views, and since it is an end unit, it has a great side window as well.Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and furniture. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of pots pans, coffee maker, tons of plates and cups. Good sitting and dining areas, with nice decor.The deck chairs were elevated providing a fabulous view! A thoughtful touch.This is a well maintained building, elevators were clean (and there were two of them), luggage carts are available in the lobby. Great beach access and foot wash right from the lobby. The only odd thing was that although listed on VRBO, the second payment is made directly to Central Reservations. This caused a couple of extra phone calls because VRBO is very clear that you should not pay a third party. I thought it was a scam at first! But, it was legit, and the nice folks at Central Reservations cleared things up for me. Note that you will be charged a credit card fee. Also, you do not get check in code from VRBO, you need to get the key from a different location, at Central Reservations a few minutes away. Not a big deal, but just to let y’all know ahead of time when you are planning out your timing.Other things to be aware of…while there are pillows and bedspreads and extra blankets (thank you!), you need to bring all of your sheets, TP, paper towels, garbage bags, dish towels, dish soap, hand soap, etc. Sometimes with rentals you’ll get lucky and find a few scraps of TP or some cheap Suave
