Only 20min from Paris, in a quiet and residential area, charming family house of 150m2 with covered parking, two terraces and a garden for 14 people.
Ideal for couples, families (with children) and large groups.
This family house furnished 150 m2 habitable offers quality services. Gas heating, double glazing, the house is very well insulated, summer and winter.
You will find what you will need:

On the ground floor: an entrance, a living room with television, a large dining room, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a large kitchen of 15m2 fully equipped and possibility to take your meal, a bedroom. All overlooking 2 terraces on each side of the house and a garden.
On the 1st floor, a big clearing, three rooms of 16m2 each minimum, with cupboards and numerous tidying up. At the same level, a bathroom with bathtub.
From the inside of the house, an access to the basement of 60m2 is also possible, with washing machine and a small space bodybuilding.
