About this apartment rental
Adorable and only 50 steps to awesome Longboat beach directly across the street is the beach access. This is a very private part of Longboat and often you will not see a soul. I was visiting in the height of season and only saw a handful of people. If it is privacy you want you got it. It is all brand new with a Queen bed and sleeper sofa for sleeping arrangements. It has all new appliances with a dishwasher too.
Beautiful and a great escape! Beach directly across the street about 50 steps. You can hear and see the Gulf from your unit. Everyone falls in love with my unit.
A large shopping plaza, Avenue of the Flowers, is behind the complex, offering a large grocery store, wine and liquor store, drug store, video rentals, specialty shops, and restaurants. High quality Municipal Tennis Courts are one block away and a four-foot wide sidewalk extends for most of Longboat Key with seven to eight miles for jogging, rollerblading, walking, and biking, and walking your dog. One can also walk the beach for the same distance, and shelling is a favorite activity.
There are also bike lanes on both sides of Gulf of Mexico Drive for extreme bike riders. Longboat Key is a very upscale barrier island which is connected by bridges to Anna Maria Key to the North and St. Armand's Key and Sarasota to the South. Sarasota Airport is an easy 15-20 minute drive and Tampa International Airport is an hour's drive North.
2 miles from the famous and lovely St. Armands Circle. Walk or take the Trolley or park in the many spaces provided.

Second time staying at The Neptune. Best prices on Longboat Key to walk out and onto the beach. Cute, cozy, clean, and functional. I work remote, was able to have room for all my equipment, great wi-fi, quiet area. Lunches at the beach and a swim. Thats my kind of work day!
So many wonderful things to see and do in the area. Cant wait to visit again.

Hard to enjoy screened patio because of air conditioner . So much noise. So glad to find a dog friendly condo. Close to Publix grocery store. Loved the beach.
