We stayed in this property for a few days in Oct. 2021. The owner was prompt and responsive to our questions, and the property was just as portrayed in the listing. The location was a very short walk to the beach and to other amenities in Oceanside. We would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend it!

This place is absolutely wonderful! Right across the street from the beach. The house was fully stocked from Aveno lotion to Pink Salt for cooking. Owner was very responsive. Had an initial issue with the dead bolt on the front door. Maintenance Man arrived within two hours to repair the door lock. Nothing but praise for this place!!

We were looking for a nice beach escape for 2 nights during our visit to California, when we were visiting friends…This place didn’t let us down. The proximity to the beach and downtown was great. Plus the views…you can’t beat the views from the rooftop. We even got to enjoy grilling one night from the rooftop and enjoyed the breathtaking sunset. With two kids the proximity to the beach, via a side entrance was a treat too, especially as there was a playground at the bottom of the stairs as well. It was also helpful there was a wagon at the place to borrow for the beach trip. I’d definitely stay here again if we were passing through.
The owner was super easy to talk with and responsive.
