This home also features a washer/dryer, exclusively for guest use!
The outdoor area offers a gas grill, a wood burning fire-pit, yard games, a private hot tub, and plenty of seating. Families and groups can make the most of their visit to the Hill Country with the help of the incredible outdoor amenities at this home. Whether you're visiting for the weekend or planning a long getaway, this unique and convenient property is the perfect place to call your home away from home!

Please note, the hot tub area is not fully enclosed. Guests are responsible for supervising their children near the hot tub at all times.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Everything was in great shape. This group of ladies has stayed in rentals in the past and this was the best one we have been to. The bedroom arrangements were perfect. We were very impressed. Thank you for renting to us.

The stay was great. We hauled firewood to enjoy the fire pit only to learn about a burn ban upon arrival. Other than that it was a charming place to stay.

Great location and a cute outdoor setup.The cleanliness of the entire home left a lot to be desired. We found an OLD goldfish cracker under the coffee table. The washing machine has mold growing in it. The dish washer is a TOTAL mess - I don't think it even cleaned the dishes.
