About this chalet rental
Peaceful location just 100 metres from the ski lift - spacious chalet for 12 guests with panoramic mountain views, enclosed terrace and pets welcome.
Enjoy a relaxing stay in this charming detached chalet (150 m²), perfectly suited for families and groups. Combining a quiet setting with direct access to the slopes, it offers both comfort and convenience in every season.
With 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large sunny terrace overlooking the mountains, Chalet Bellevenoz is the perfect place to enjoy quality time together in the Alps.

The spacious living area is the cosy heart of the chalet:
• Comfortable lounge area with fireplace
• Large dining table seating 12 guests
• Free WiFi and smart TV with Chromecast and French channels
The fully equipped kitchen and amenities ensure an easy and comfortable stay:
• Dishwasher, oven and microwave
• Two large fridges and a small freezer - ideal for groups
• Two raclette sets and a barbecue
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Basic essentials provided: oil, vinegar, spices and cleaning products
Large French doors open onto the spacious L-shaped terrace facing south and west. Enjoy sunny afternoons and breathtaking panoramic mountain views. The terrace is fully enclosed, making it ideal for children and pets.
🛏️ Layout
• Ground floor: entrance hall, living room, open kitchen, toilet and direct terrace access
• Lower floor (-1): 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (bath/shower and double sink), separate toilet
• Upper floor (+1): 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shower, double sink and toilet)
Each bedroom has two single beds (80x200 cm). With 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets, the chalet is very comfortable for several families sharing. Every bathroom includes a bath mat, hairdryer and hand soap. Bed linen and towels can be rented or brought yourself (€18 per person).
! Good to know: access to the chalet is via a slope or stairs, so reasonable mobility is recommended.
🎿 Winter holidays: quiet yet right by the slopes
The chalet is located only a short walk from the Clos du Pré ski lift (approx. 100 metres), offering direct access to the Alpe d’Huez ski area.

✔ Excellent snow conditions thanks to the altitude (up to 3330 m)
✔ Suitable for beginners and experienced skiers alike
✔ Ski season from early December to mid-April (depending on snow conditions)

During summer, the chalet is an excellent base for:

• Mountain biking (including the famous Megavalanche area)

Please note: the village is lively during the winter and summer seasons when the lifts are operating. Outside these periods, the atmosphere is quieter and some facilities may be limited.

The chalet was ideal for a skiing holiday. It was very well equipped, with a great kitchen that had everything we needed, as well as towels and soap provided in all bathrooms. The living area was warm and cosy, with a comfortable seating area and a large dining table that easily accommodated everyone. On top of that, the ski lift was conveniently close, which made getting on the slopes quick and easy.

The chalet was excellently located in Oz Station. Plenty of space and close to the mountain hostel for food and drink. Communication with the chalet team was excellent

We stayed in the chalet as a group of friends for our skiing trip. It was the perfect location as we had access to many slopes as little as a 5 min walk away to getting a gondola for 10 mins over the mountain to Alpe d’huez!
