Welcome to beautiful Gulf Shores Plantation Resort which is a gated, vacation community offering over 4000 feet of private, white beach frontage, natural sand dunes, and gorgeous well manicured landscaping. Activities are available for all ages and perfect for family get-aways.
Our one-bedroom condominium has an awesome DIRECT gulf view, and is fully furnished and well maintained for your enjoyment and comfort. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and blender. The condominium also has WiFi, two TVs.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed and the living room has a sofa sleeper. The unit also has two small built-in bunkbeds. Linens, iron, and all kitchen utensils provided. Facility offers a coin operated laundry. This resort is next door to the nationally ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course and just minutes away from the restaurants, shopping and entertainment of Gulf Shores.

The place was exactly what I expected it to be. The view was perfect!!! And just what we wanted. We've always stayed at Gulf Shores Plantation and have never been disappointed. We will for sure be back.

Great location and an amazing view. We enjoyed our stay and the condo is very nice overall. My only complaint would be that it was not the cleanest ever. The floor was a bit sandy and it could use a dusting in the ceiling corners. But the bed was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was also clean. The beach is beautiful here, just a short walk down the boardwalk. There are no other buildings for a good ways to the left side so if you walk down just a bit, it is very quiet and not at all crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

Just a few tweaks, and this property would be awesome. Upon arrival, it was a picture on the wall, covering the breaker box that had fallen and broken and was laying in the floor. There were a few areas of dirt in the floor (corners mostly) and the tub had some residue left. Could have used a couple of night stands by the bed & my wife recommended a hair dryer. Overall the location was great & new appliances were a nice touch. Views of the beach were beautiful and WiFi was fast. Like I said, just a few tweaks…
