Remodeled Home near Studios and Hollywood!

My family and I were very satisfied with the property. It is pristine, updated, tastefully decorated and well equipped with plenty of room inside and out. It is very peaceful despite being close to attractions like Universal Studios and Magnolia Ave. The hosts are quick to respond and very helpful. They even delivered a fresh tank of propane and new bbq tools to enjoy a cook out in the peaceful shaded patio and green area (gas grill and seating with table and umbrella). Front of house has a nice gate, small sitting area and shaded lawn. There is also a side driveway with gate that can take 2 maybe 3 cars tandem, opening to easy street parking. We appreciated the Apple TV, X box, board games and baby equipment. Smart configuration for working from home and a trundle in another room. Linens and kitchen ware were high end and plentiful and paper goods well stocked. Lots of coffee do the Keurig. Only things I’d think to add are maybe some hooks in the bedrooms for towels (to keep the pretty bathroom tidy), cooking oil, air fryer, and maybe a water filter pitcher, tea, sugar and dry creamer but I’d come back and buy those anyway:) We were safe and happy. Highly recommend and will return!

Had a great stay here! House had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. There was room for 2 cars in the driveway and backing out onto the street wasn't that difficult. Nice area and it's close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was great and met our needs and it felt very comfortable. We felt safe and it was nice being close to a freeway.
