Perfectly suited to accommodate 2 families, with 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, there are 3-4 bedrooms and 2 baths on the ground floor and two bedrooms and 2 baths one floor up. Enjoy ocean breezes from the sundeck or large screened porch with ample seating for your group. The house has two living rooms. The main living room is on the second floor of the house, which offers a large open floor plan with the living room, dining room, as well as the kitchen. This wonderful area opens up to the large screened porch that offers great breezes, and has plenty of seating for large groups. If shade and fans are not what you are looking for, step out onto the sundeck overlooking the large backyard, palm trees, and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean.

The home offers 5 Bedrooms (2 master suites), 4 Bath, 1 and 1/2 kitchens, 1 screen porch, 2 decks, 2 outdoor showers with privacy, large grassy backyard, 3rd floor and office blocked off, central A/C, ceiling fans in every room, 4 color TVs, 2 VCRs, 1 DVD, 2 refrigerators, icemaker, 2 microwaves, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Beds: 3 queens, 1double, 4 single. We do not have direct access to the beach, but there is a wonderful boardwalk two houses down with easy access to the beach.

My family had wonderful stay in this beach house. It is spacious, cool, comfortable and had everything we needed for a restful happy week at Sulllivans Island. it is a close walk to the station 26 walkway to the beach and a short golf cart ride to Poe's and Obstinate Daughter.We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back.

Our son and dangler in law were married on Saturday at Destination Goldbug, so our immediate family of 7 adults and one toddler stayed at this lovely home. While the bathrooms are dated, the home has a lot of character and is very beachy, cozy. The bedrooms are spacious and outfitted with very nice bed linens with plenty of extra pillows, blankets, towels, etc. The bedroom and bath have plenty of towel hooks/racks and nice closet space. A full length mirror would be a nice addition. The kitchen is amazing! While somewhat small, it still has ample counter space and the 2 ovens and 2 refrigerators (one is downstairs) are wonderful. The kitchen is also very well stocked for entertaining...plenty of dishes, wine glasses, bowls. pots/pans, basically everything. There isn't a pantry but we stored extra food downstairs in the kitchenette. The screened porch was a favorite hang out for breakfast and evenings as it always had a nice breeze. We had our 20 month old grandson which made the spiral staircase somewhat of a challenge but all in all we would definately stay again and recommend it for others. Thank you for having us.

We found the house to be a perfect fit for our family’s needs. There was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped with a second refrigerator on the ground floor that we used to hold drinks. The spiral staircase was a very interesting feature, but it did make it a bit difficult for grandparents to get upstairs in the morning. Throughout the rest of the day, they could easily access the main level by the outside stairs that lead to the patio. All in all, we had a wonderful week celebrating our college grad.

The property manager, Linda, couldn't have been more accommodating and responsive. We came to Sullivan's Island for a family event and the location and room layout of the house were perfect for our needs. Our 6-year-old granddaughter walked into the upstairs living room and said, "this house is beautiful, and I never want to leave."

We spent a lovely three days in early November Oceanside at this Charming home. It had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable which I always appreciate. The only thing missing or bars of soap in the shower. A minor inconvenience. We lucked out on the weather And spent tons of time on the deck and a full day on the beach! We will definitely return to another stay on this beautiful island.

The house was ideally located just a short walk from the beach entrance, which made beach access very convenient. Although beach towels were provided, we would have appreciated additional beach equipment, such as working umbrellas, to enhance our seaside experience. The property offered ample space, comfortably accommodating our group of 5 adults, 2 children, and a toddler. However, the spiral staircase leading to the first floor posed a safety concern for both our youngest and our 77-year-old grandmother. Despite this, we had a great time in Sullivan’s Island.

Our stay was impeded on day 2 of our stay at the house due to a hurricane. The owner couldn't have been more communicative or considerate. She refunded the entirety of our rental and communicated with us multiple times a day to ensure we safely exited the island. I can't say enough positive things about the owner - great location, great house (HUGE) and extremely clean. We will be staying at the house again - hopefully without a hurricane next time!!!

We had a good week. The house is roomy with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It is convenient to beach access. Sullivan's is an easy drive to Charleston. It is too bad the dune trees have grown up to block the view of the ocean.

We had a fantastic time at this house by the beach. The location was great - an easy walk to beach and town. The host was helpful and a great communicator. The only downsides to the house were: 1. the third floor was locked off, and this was the only floor with an ocean view. There is no ocean view from this house, and 2. The spiral staircase (which is disclosed in the listing) and furniture are not child-friendly, so I was constantly on the lookout to make sure my toddler stayed safe. This would be the perfect house for those without young children who do not mind no ocean view because everything else was great!

Overall it was a great location on Sullivans Island and close to Charleston. The home was very comfortable, and the host was very gracious. But there were a few items that needed attention such as a bottom floor sliding glass door that did not lock (there was a piece of wood inside the tract), a bedroom tv that did not work, bathroom light that did not work, and a ceiling fan that was not well attached. While these may seem petty, when you are paying top dollar for a home, the expectation is that everything is in top working condition.

We loved staying at Linda’s home! We had a group of 8 friends from college that wanted to get together to enjoy the beach and easiness of Mount Pleasant. There was plenty of room for everyone and we spent a ton of time on the screened in porch off the deck. It was only a 5 minute walk from the house to setting our chairs up on the beach, so the location couldn’t be much easier. Only about a 15 minute walk to Home Team BBQ. Lots of space for multiple cars in the driveway and a safe and quiet neighborhood. We’d absolutely stay there again!

We had a wonderful vacation! The location is perfect - ocean views, quiet street, walkable to the beach and to restaurants and shops. The house was very clean with comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. We spent much of the time on the huge screened porch, wide deck or lovely lawn. Communication was easy with our host too. We plan to book again!

Great location! Only thing that I would say needs to be in house description -is that there is a spiral staircase that is not shown in the pictures. This staircase is the only way to get upstairs from the inside of the house. There is an easier staircase, but it is on the outside of the house. Overall, clean older beach house that is perfect for a large group.

Had to make arrangements for the entire family for a college reunion. 20 minutes from The Citadel; 20 minutes to downtown; 5 minutes to great seafood; 1 minute walk down the boardwalk to the beach. Clean, comfortable - this is a classic old school Sullivan's Island beach house many of which are sadly disappearing and being replaced by McMansions. You want classic charm in the shadow of Charleston, this is it.

Great stay! Only surprise is the spiral staircase being the only interior staircase. We got used to it and didnt mind it but this probably should be more clearly explained in the house description. The staircase you cannot use is misleading in the photos.

The property is well maintained in a lovely neighborhood. Nice park & eateries nearby. Manager is uninformed about kitchen supplies. Ther baking supplies were complete &good quality including mixer. However, I hauled my own because she did not know what was available &had no interest in inquiring. Other supplies need reorganization. Instead of 4 can openers 2 sharp vegetable scrappers would have been more helpful. There were plenty of knives but were uniformally too dull to cut. Most should be discarded. Suggest getting a hand held knife sharpener to help out guests. Some knives were Henkels brand. They sharpen easily. Henkels has an inexpensive sharpener that works well. There were plenty of dishes, pots, etc. Cupboards were labelled to help with replacing clean items. Half the cupboards in kitchen were locked so supplies needed to be stored elsewhere. My sons are football fanatics and commented on small size of TV in main area. All accessory TVs were small and remotes didnt work. The wifi was good. The beds were comfortable & selection of pillows allowed everyone to find one that worked for them. The house is not ocean view. There are large barriers plantings and access to beach is down the road a short walk. Off street parking is good. There was inadequate soap for washer and diswasher for a family staying 5 days who was expected to run wash and dishwasher before leaving. Bring your own as well as trash bags.

We were in Charleston for our son’s Ring Ceremony at The Citadel. We decided to stay on Sullivan’s Island to be close to the beach & also not to far from The Citadel. The house is conveniently located on Sullivan’s to the restaurant’s & getting on & off the island. The house is an older beach home but very nice & roomy for 12 people. We enjoyed the screened porch for gathering. The only drawback was the iron spiral staircase being the only way to get up to the main floor, However, you can access the 2nd level by using the wide outdoor stairs, which we did to transport luggage to the upstairs. Also, to our knowledge the tv’s in the bedrooms were not accessible to regular channels only Netflix, movies, etc.

The location of this property is amazing (close to the beach), and there are many bedrooms. Unfortunately, during my week long stay, the street in front of this property flooded twice (12" and 16" of standing water, took over 12+ hours to drain) leaving me stranded as I couldn't get our car out. This was front strong rains (not a hurricane or tropical storm). All this standing water in the neighborhood also leaked into a first floor bathroom.

We enjoyed our time at the house on Sullivans. It’s a nice, quiet location. It is technically oceanfront but you are separated from the ocean by wild vegetation. The view of the ocean is VERY limited. You don’t have access to the upper balcony just the two off the second floor. The house was tidy. We noticed our feet were dirty if we walked barefoot in the house. But beyond that, the beds felt clean and the bathrooms as well. The kitchen is well equipped . Our only piece of constructive criticism would be that over half the cabinets are locked so, we had to store all our “pantry food” on the counters, which is significant when the house is at capacity. It was nice having two fridges and two stoves. We utilized both. It was nice to have all linens on sight and there is a beach cart you can utilize, as well as a few chairs and toys. Overall, we had a lovely time. Thank you for allowing us to rent!!

Extended family had plenty of room to hang out and enjoy Sullivan’s Island and surrounding areas. Beach is a short walk along a pretty boardwalk lined with greenery and flowers. Small town is about a 1/2 mile walk to restaurants. House had everything we needed and 2 refrigerators which helped with a large group! The screened in porch and deck were perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks! Great stay- thank you!
