About this country house rental
Buon Riposo is shrouded in the magnificent scenery of the harmonious Tuscany countryside - in Florence area near Montaione and San Gimignano.
Our farmhouse, a farm estate covering an area of approximately 100 hectares, blends into the harmonious scenery of the Tuscan countryside, where green hills slope down towards the horizon and woods alternate with vineyards and olive groves.
Buon Riposo weekly rentals: guests can find comfort and amenities in skilfully renovated self-contained apartment.
The apartment has its own entrance and outside area equipped with a table, umbrella and garden chairs; inside they feature a fireplace. A free internet connection, a barbecue for outdoor dining and a handy swimming pool (15x8 metres) placed on a terrace overlooking the countryside complete Buon Riposo's relaxing atmosphere.
The panoramic terrace and the panoramic garden offer enough space for all guests: each apartment will have its own assigned umbrella and deck chair which will remain the same for the entire stay. The feeling of well-being awaits you, the view of the countryside will help you relax.

CLIMATE: Buon Riposo is the ideal place to spend a holiday in Tuscany in every period of the year. Thanks to a height of 150 meters above sea-level, the climate is not so hot even during summer holidays, thanks to the winds which come from sea. However, it is possible to have a bath in the swimming-pool of the vacation home, which is placed in the olive-grove and vineyard near the house.
SELF CATERING : Our farmhouse was made in order to satisfy all the needs of our guests and to make their holiday in Tuscany more pleasant. In the apartment there is an equipped kitchen with all the outfit you need in order to cook the typical dishes of the cuisine of Tuscany : kettle, coffee machine, fridge, freezer and electric oven.
Near the house there is a laundry with slot- washing machines, while in the garden there is barbecue that all the guests can use in order to eat peacefully in the open.
In the apartment there are tables with flat-iron.
The apartment has its own external area equipped with table and chairs where you can relax yourself and enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the countryside of Tuscany and the view on the Chianti hills in privacy.

We stayed a week at the charming and very well maintained Azienda Buon Riposo in July 2023. This was our 6th visit to an Agriturismo in Tuscany.
Buon Riposso has everything to offer when in search for a totally relaxing location in the midst of the most fertile and breathtaking nature of Tuscany. Situated on a hill, so overlooking the beautiful landscape and always a nice breeze of fresh wind joining the warmth of this region.
The typically Tuscan style decorated and impeccable apartment with airco in the living room is accompanied by a very large and well kept swimming pool (8x15 mtrs), BBQ possibilities, laundry, shaded parking and within a 15 minutes drive from 2 large supermarkets. Each apartment has their own sun loungers and parasol at the pool, so you have always your own chairs available.
Buon Riposo is located in the middle of several beautiful villages such as Vinci, San Gimmignano, Certaldo, Lucca, Volterra, Pisa, Florence. Max 1 hours drive.
However, we have been most touched by the (English spoken) hospitality of Christiana and Sergio. They have shown various times how genuinely concerned they are with the wellbeing of their guests. They help, advise and take action when they feel they can make your stay even better or more comfortable.

We had a very nice holiday in Tuscany. The place is near to many intresting towns like Florence, Siena and Pisa. In the middle of Tuscany you can feel the real athmosphere of the countryside. Thank you!

We were greeted by the owner on a very pleasant way. She was very helpful before arrival and during our stay. The house was clean equipes with all of the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. The location and views are very beautiful and a lot of worthful places to visit nearby.

We had a 10 days trip there and enjoyed the time very much. Crisitana and her husband are lovely people and do excellent job to support their guest to enjoy the time at their residence. The house was well cleaned all equipment well worked. Swimming pool was clean and beautiful.
One thing on top. They have a good White wine and olive oil. We tried both, enjoyed and ordered some to take away too. Very recommendable.
