Breeze is an elegant 5 bedroom, 3 bath home located at 210 16th Avenue North in North Myrtle Beach. This comfortably decorated beach vacation home is the perfect rentals for family gatherings. This 2039 sq. ft. home has tremendous space for family fun with a large back yard, large screen porch with fans and seating, situated in a quiet neighborhood, and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. There is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from your day at the beach. This spacious home sleeps 12.
On the ground floor of Breeze are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and Smart TV. The other bedroom has a double/twin bunk, Smart TV, and couch.
There is a bath with a walk-in shower on this floor. The 2nd floor (main floor) has an open floor plan with the living area, dining area, and kitchen. The living area has a 55" Smart TV, and opens onto a large screened porch with lots of room and seating. The dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs and 4 seats at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, utensils, and everything you need to prepare a favorite family meal. There is also a washer, dryer, and free WiFi. The master bedroom has a king bed and Smart TV. The master bath has a walk-in shower. There is a queen bed, twin bed, and Smart TV in the 4th bedroom. A king bed and Smart TV is in the 5th bedroom. A tub and shower combination make up the last bathroom.

The house was great as far as space and cleanliness. The front door sticks really bad so that was kind of a headache. All amenities were very easy accessible and that was good.

Perfect location, private and close to grocery stores, banking, restaurants and of course in walking distance to the beach . The home is very nice with ample space for large family groups. Absolutely flawless booking with Seaside Vacations!

We brought a group of my daughters and her friends down for almost a week in North Myrtle. This house was awesome with the perfect amount of space for us and is a very nice and ideal location. It is exactly as advertised with proximity to beach and great restaurants. Property management group was excellent with their communication and expectations. Would definitely stay here again.

We had great time in this house and the location was awesome just 2 minutes from the beach. It would be good if the house had more household items and cleaning supplies like trash bags, dishwasher pods, etc.
