About this house rental
Villa Lucrezia with 3 bedrooms with double beds or single beds - depending on the wishes of our holiday guests, garden, terrace, air conditioning and with a wonderful sea view and plenty of space outside. It is only 600 m away from the beautiful sandy beaches. Enjoy carefree holidays in your private retreat. The highlight of the house is the sparkling swimming pool, which, thanks to its stylish fencing, offers not only aesthetic appeal but, above all, maximum safety. While you relax on the terrace, your loved ones can play safely in the sheltered garden area.
The kitchen is equipped with typical Sicilian tiles. A cozy terrace invites you to relax. It is the ideal accommodation for summer. The Villa Lucrezia is also the ideal place to spend the winter.

We have prepared timetables for day trips by train or bus especially for our guests. Public transport is very cheap here in Sicily.

The place is actually two properties, there were other people staying next door which surprised us, we only realized that on arrival. They were staying on the side we wanted as shown on this listing and we talked to Girolamo and his wife about it, they agreed that the listing doesn't reflect the fact. The place was clean and for the most part it was relaxing to be there, we had to stay on the rear side which also has a porch (not shown here), the sea breeze is very nice there. The owners are very responsive and polite. They helped us with many things since our arrival. If you think of going there note that you really need a car to get around, we rented one from one of the local companies in the village, called Jumbo for around 315 euros for 9 days (June 2018) and a free ride back to the airport on our return, which was nice, no credit car was required.
Go and see the many gorgeous places around, the food is fantastic and we made some friends at the local Pizzeria lo Squalo just down the road, the food there is amazing and good value. We would love to go back some time, Sicily is very special.

This summer we spent a great time in Balestrate. The house was clean, light, comfortable and well equipped. WIFI internet access is very good and cheap way to make be in contact with your relatives and friends. The house is about 15 minutes by walk from the Central square. The nearest beach is only 10 min by walk. The house is rather suitable and safely for staying with a child (2-3 years old). Balestrate is a little town with very hospitable and private atmosphere. There are a lot of local restaurants with tasty meal. If you are going to see the other Sicily places the best choice will be to rent a car in the Aeroport or in Jumbo rent car service in Balestrate. We have spent a great holiday there. Therefore, we could recommend the Casale Mare for everyone with a great pleasure.

No A/C in bedrooms adjoining apartment with porch outside bedroom window not good if noisy neighbors 3 bedrooms with only 1 bath does not work
