The bathroom is equipped with sanitary ware and a comfortable shower. Finally, a bright bedroom with a French window overlooking the lake and overlooking the small balcony that runs along the flat.

The flat, suitable for up to 3 people, offers Wi-Fi connection throughout the house, air conditioning, and a private covered parking space.ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGLARIUS APARTMENT is easily accessible by car, as it has a private, covered parking space below the flat. LARIUS APARTMENT is located on the first floor and can be reached by stairs or lift. Carate Urio is a picturesque municipality located on the western shore of Lake Como in Lombardy, known for its charming lake landscape and tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for those seeking an escape from the daily hustle and bustle. Carate Urio is also an ideal starting point for exploring the Lake Como area, with numerous hiking trails leading to extraordinary viewpoints. It is well-connected thanks to public transport, such as boats that navigate the lake and buses on the main road that connects the village to the main nearby towns. The most beautiful restaurants in the area are easily reached by car. There is a restaurant/pizzeria right next to the flat. There is a grocery shop and butcher\'s shop in Carate Urio, which is not within walking distance from the flat, but there are no super markets. The nearest supermarket is called Bennet and is located in the village of Tavernola, 7.5 km away from the flat.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest considering alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

The bus stop is located opposite the flat, while the boat stop is 1.5 km away.

We recommend the use of a car, as the flat has its own parking space.
