We've stayed in this neighborhood seven or eight times over the past few years and love the different pools and nearby scenery and activities available. This home was missing the pool key upon arrival and when I reached out via the app, text, and phone I didn't get a response until the next day. Even then they just asked if I had found it yet and didn't answer any follow up questions I responded with. The phone number listed was disconnected. When I called the text number I did get to speak to a person, but they just told me they were looking into it. We finally got a pool key after we had been there nearly 24 hours. Nobody ever did respond to my question about the Wi cord that was not provided. The customer service was severely lacking unfortunately, especially compared with previous stays. Upon arrival the carpet was still wet, having been cleaned, but dried crunchy, like it still had soap left in it. It also smelled faintly of smoke, but a glade plug in was trying to mask the scent. I would recommend the facilities, but not this particular house, despite it's convenient location, due to those incidents and lack of customer service.
