The Breeze is a luxurious, romantic cottage by a serene freshwater pond, surrounded by vibrant gardens. I respect the autonomy of my guests and can easily be reached by facetime, email, text, carrier pigeon, smoke signal, or yodeling. Communication with guests is important to us. Our digital guidebooks contain directions, instructions, and access information. It is your responsibility to review this information prior to arrival.

My wife and I were so happy the minute we walked into the cottage. It was so inviting and there was calming music playing. We loved everything about this place and we had an amazing stay. Highly recommended.

Perfect place for our nine day Cape Cod adventures! Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The cottage itself was adorable and very comfortable. We enjoyed the outside deck, the firing, the boat dock, chairs, and I even took the kayak out twice, which was very, beautiful and relaxing. We only did breakfasts at the cottage, but the kitchen had everything we needed. The best part of the cottage for us were the E bikes!! We did so many bike trails with them, and even took them on the ferry over to Nantucket and biked there as well! Tara was so easy to communicate with and Chip was friendly and helpful as well. Though they literally live feet away, we never heard them and hardly saw them, just waved to them now and then as we were coming or going. I recommend this place highly! It was definitely one of our top rentals ever!

Loved this cottage and its amenities. Very cute and homey, beautiful location on the pond. We used the e-bikes on close paved paths through a park. Had everything we needed and more. We would have loved to stay more than one night.

We lacked for nothing. Clean and well equipped/supplied. Relaxing, quiet weekend. Hated to leave and promised each other we would return
