Accommodation:
Magnificent villa at a competitive price ideal for beach lovers or for a great family holiday on the Costa Daurada. Both the house and its exteriors offer an unforgettable experience. Authentic comfort is provided by both the objective details and the quality of the furniture (furniture, mattresses, the large leather sofa, the equipped kitchen, the spacious shower, the comfortable hammocks and armchairs in the garden, the wooden pergola, the swimming pool with a non-slip floor...) as well as the subjective and no less important details such as a careful interior and exterior decoration, a relaxing garden, two independent exterior areas well lit at night, a pleasant indoor temperature in summer being 30º outside without the need to turn on the air conditioning, ping-pong table and basket, etc... For all this and more, you are going to recharge the batteries to the maximum. The house has an air conditioner located in the living room.
It is equipped and prepared for the enjoyment of its guests.
It has 2 bedrooms, a complete bathroom and a spacious dining room with three rooms. It has a large garden, private swimming pool, a large terrace, as well as a porch and a wooden pergola where you can enjoy a meal outdoors, a few drinks with friends. It also has a barbecue, solarium and outdoor shower.
Services and common areas:
Guests will have at their disposal all the extension of the plot except the garage. But do not worry, you can park in our ford in front of the house without problems even several cars.
Accommodation:
We are currently living in Cunit and treat our guests as our friends. We will try to solve any problem as soon as possible.

The Costa Daurada offers beaches, discotheques, adventure port in Vila-seca, hiking, scuba diving and spear fishing, horse riding, bike rental, restaurants, bars, fishing, climbing, motocross trial routes, important tennis club of Cunit (also has Paddle courts), Municipal Football Field of Cunit, Polideportivo with swimming pool and gym.
All these activities and attractions are in the vicinity of Cunit and nearby towns such as Calafell (10 min by car or train).
How to get around:
The Costa Daurada offers beaches, discotheques, adventure port in Vila-seca, hiking, scuba diving and spear fishing, horse riding, bicycle rental, restaurants, bars, fishing, climbing, motocross trial routes, important tennis club of Cunit (also has Paddle courts), Municipal Football Field of Cunit, Polideportivo with swimming pool and gym.
All these activities and attractions are in the vicinity of Cunit and nearby towns such as Calafell (10 min by car or train).
The house is located on the main road of Cunit, 5 minutes walk from the center of the village. The train station is only 10 minutes and 5 minutes from the centre on foot. From there you can access Sitges (15min), Barcelona (55min) and Tarragona (45min) by train and more.

We had a very lovely and relaxing stay at Villa Cunit The pool and garden/cabana area were a great place to relax after a swim. Also the front Patio was a nice place to chill and watch the sun rise in the morning.there are supermarkets and Tapas bar very close by which was great as we dont have a car. The communication with Marc the host was great. Looking forward to returning

We had a lovely time at the house, it was very well equipped, comfortable and the hosts were amazing.
The pool is private and the area quiet.
Exactly what we needed to recharge and relax.

We arrived early and the host was more than accommodating at letting us in, they even physically showed us how to find an ATM 🤣 the house itself is well equipped, very clean and has all the facilities you need. There is air conditioning but you don’t need it as the house is always nice and cool. The pool area is fantastic for during the day as it’s a little sun trap and for long lazy evenings you have this warmly lit gazebo area which is amazing. Would most definitely stay here again because if it’s location, we used it for a base to visit Portaventura Theme Park and Barcelona, so if you don’t plan on travelling you won’t need a car as all the shops and restaurants are within walking distance, also Cunit has an amazing beach about 500 m away from the villa. This town is mostly local and with just a few tourists, everyone was very nice and accommodating 👌 Well done Iván @ Marc ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
