Appartement Rose des Alpes 4 Pour 8 Personnes

We had a wonderful 7 night stay at Denis’ chalet in beautiful Samoëns in July 2026. We were five people: us, our young son, and my in-laws, and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. We loved having meals on the balcony with the stunning views, and we watched an exciting thunderstorm from the covered section one evening. We made great use of the pool almost daily, which was the perfect temperature. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and everything was in good working order. It’s a very short walk into the village center with many restaurants and things to do. One thing to know for those self-catering in summer: there are no grills/bbqs in Samoëns except by special permit, so all cooking must be done inside, but there is a very efficient conduction stovetop, oven, and microwave, and all the pots and pans you need. The hosts provide all bedding and towels, but it’s worth noting that most other things need to be purchased by the guests (hand soap for the bathrooms, trash bags, oil and spices for cooking). There was one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels provided. The hosts also provided a few coffee pods for the first morning, which was appreciated. It’s easy to purchase supplies at the Sherpa market a 3 minute walk away. For reference we spent around 75 on supplies for the house (not including groceries) for our weeklong stay. Overall we loved our stay at this chalet and would happily return.

Great location and great apartment, helpful host. Benefits of hot tub, sauna and ski room were very nice bonuses. Views from the balcony were lovely and the apartment was very family frinedly. Skiing was pretty good too!

Stunning appartement with everything you need both inside and outside. Seemless in-checking together with the host, super responsive and helpfull throughout the stay. We are coming back.
