About this cabin rental
Thank you for considering My Vacation Property Rental (MVP Rental) for your upcoming trip to the Poconos. I have owned and been hosting people at homes in this resort community since 2011. Over the years, across multiple properties, I have managed thousands of reservations and have gained the expertise to offer a relaxing retreat for both your group, and pets.
I use this home often and have designed it to my personal tastes and to meet my needs. Having seen, owned, listed, and sold, many properties in the area, I know how similar they can be to one another. I wanted something that was "my own", and I feel I have achieved that with this space. From the light fixtures to the kitchen faucet, I have tried to select pieces to make the space truly different and unique. I'd love to share the space with you and hope you will find it as relaxing and enjoyable as I do while there.

--190-acre spring fed lake with sandy beach

--community pool (seasonal, not heated, outdoor)

*Amenities (wristbands required and provided w/ welcome packet):
--8 wristbands will be provided per group
-----Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband
*The lake may be closed without prior notice if it fails the periodic water testing/reading (only happened once in 2024 for a period of 2 days)
AMENITIES SCHEDULE: (2025)
--Starting May 24, 2025 - Amenities will be open on weekends only
--Starting June 14, 2025 to September 1, 2025 - Amenities will be open full time
Hours of operation for the pool: 11 AM to 6 PM (Schedule may change without prior notice)
--On Sept 2, 2025 - pool will be closed for the season. The beach can still be accessed for boating and kayaking.

I had the pleasure of staying at this property and it was absolutely incredible. Will was extremely responsive, proactive and answered any question I had promptly. The house itself was fantastic for myself and pet with great features specifically for dogs like being able to let them out on the decks with fences as well as specific dog eating areas the house itself was absolutely fantastic. Great layout had everything you’d ever want in the kitchen. The yard was fantastic with great grass and plenty of room. Overall, this was an amazing property that Will has and anyone should jump on the opportunity to stay here.

Very dog friendly location, complete with treats for my furry friend. Great use of space in the kitchen which had all the necessities.

The property was very welcoming to pets. I have a bigger dog, 90lbs and she ran all around the yard and sat on the front deck looking out at the road. Owner had a fabric gate you slide across so the pet would not run away. The house was very cozy and welcoming. Looked just like the pictures provided on the site. the whole process was smooth and easy. When we go back to the area in the future, we will be looking to rent this same place
