MODERN AND FUNCTIONAL TWO-ROOM APARTMENT NEAR THE BEACH IN TAORMINA Summerhouse is a comfortable, modern-style studio apartment located 20 meters from the beach. Renovated in the summer of 2023, it is equipped with all the amenities, including air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a spacious open-concept living area with a kitchen and living room, a cozy bedroom, and a large bathroom.
The SUMMERHOUSE’s main advantage is its central location; in fact, just a short walk away, in addition to the public beach, there are several private beaches, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The city bus stop is 100 meters away, and for just a few euros, the bus will take you to the center of Taormina, which is only 6 km from Mazzeo. The Letojanni train station is 300 meters away, allowing you to easily reach Catania Fontanarossa Airport. Our house is also strategically located for those who want to visit the area’s most famous tourist attractions; Isola Bella is just 4 km away, Giardini Naxos is 8 km away, the famous Alcantara Gorges are a 30-minute drive, and in just 1.5 hours you’ll find yourself at Mount Etna, Europe’s largest active volcano.

Luciana and her husband were wonderful hosts and met us at the property to check in. They also helped us to park our rental car and showed us a few places to visit in area. they are truly the nicest couple.The flat was very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed, even an umbrella and chairs for the beach. The location is perfect and only a few steps from the Mazzeo beach. Highly recommended B&B especially if you want a base away from the crowds to visit Taormina, which is only a short bus ride away. I do recommend the bus, even if you have a rented car. The best gelato brioche is from a food truck that comes by regularly in the area. Keep an eye out for him - he’ll be whistling and yelling.
