Summary:
Fall in love with our newly renovated Victorian Village condo! This charming 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath Old Town ski property is located one block from the Park City Mountain Resort and is also a short walk to Park City's historic Main Street.
Other Things to Note:
Covid Cancellation - In addition to the cancellation policy listed on the site, we’ve added the following to help give you options in the case of any closures.
1) If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.
2) If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary for details).
If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.
It may make sense to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, let us know if you’d like any recommendations on that after booking.

Lovely spot for a small family in walking distance to the base at Park City. Property was spotless, staff did a great job contacting us with details prior to arrival, plenty of tablets for the dishwasher and communal laundry facility alike.

Lovely little cottage on the hillside just a short walk away from the park city base with its multitude of lift options! The space is perfect for 3-4 guests. The kitchen works and the snow removal service does a great job every morning that snow accumulated on steps and walkways alike.
The heating system worked great and there is also a gas-fired stove / hearth to add ambiance. Sheets like the rest of the unit were clean, loved the industrial supply of laundry and dishwasher pods.
It’s advisable to bring change for the laundromat ($4.50 / load) and to figure out parking options in advance if it snows more than 4”. The management company is excellent at letting you know when you need to move your car to allow snow removal.

We stayed for a week and had a great time! The condo is close to great shops, restaurants and multiple lifts. The host is easily accessible and is prompt to respond to any questions.
