The apartment is just 50 meters from Piazza Sant’Oronzo, the Basilica of Santa Croce, Castle Carlo V, the Apollo Theatre, and the city park; 300 meters from the Duomo and Piazza Mazzini. The nearest sandy beaches are San Cataldo on the Adriatic Sea and Porto Cesareo on the Ionian side, about a 10–15 minute drive.

Especially loved the location in the center. We could have attended an opera by walking only one block! Also loved the high ceilings in this historic space. Comfortable beds and quiet.

This apartment was perfect for our group of 2 couples in their 60s. The bedrooms and bathrooms were attractive, spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen/dining room gave us the opportunity to prepare food/drink and to gather around the table to socialize. The location is perfect - close to everything we were interested in. The host was probably the best we have ever encountered- he was responsive, helpful, easy and very nice to deal with. We had a great time in Lecce and would definitely come back to this apartment!

The apartment was clean, nicely designed, and perfectly located for exploring the old town of Lecce. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hosts and location! It’s a beautiful, relaxing place. It’s a large apartment. As others have noted, there’s not a TV or a couch, but we enjoyed visiting around the large kitchen table. Thankful for the coffee and tea selection. We felt well take care of as two middle aged women. We easily walked everywhere. We would highly recommend Lecce and staying in this apartment. You will be happy!
