This is the only stay with VRBO so far where either damage insurance was required.. or an insanely high deposit.. 1500. The instructions before checking were also very unwelcoming. “The mattresses are new and you’ll be charged if they’re stained.” I addressed this with the host and he kindly replied, assuring there would be no issue. And there was none.The house was lovely. It fit our needs perfectly. I simply believe it was overpriced.

This property checked all our boxes! Quiet neighborhood. Near Safeway and Target. Two large gathering spaces to comfortably relax and visit. All the rooms had portable fans and there is a large swamp cooler and attic fan that helped during the hot week we were there. We also had Very Good communication with the host. The house was clean, but the fans could use some extra cleaning. There were some minor inconveniences such as not enough flatware for our group, and we needed to pick up some paper napkins, tissues, hand soap, ziplock bags for food storage, dish cloths to use. But overall we had a pleasant stay at a great location.
