The property was very well stocked and as described in the listing. The location is incredibly convenient for a short walk to the beach and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The space was pretty clean but there are a few things that are outdated and could be replaced. The primary bed was very comfortable and overall we really enjoyed our time at the property! The management company was very responsive when I had an issue with needing an iron and they solved the problem within a few minutes. I would definitely consider staying at the property again in the future.

This is very nice 2nd floor condo in small building, with a private pool, only a 5 minute walk to the beach. It has a very well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. I would have given it 5 stars, however the noise from the condo across the hall and the pool was disturbing. Overall, I would recommend it for a beach vacay.

Our family of 4 (plus small dog) enjoyed our stay in this condo. It’s close to the beach and shopping, restaurants, and bars. It was clean and had lots of space. Some lights/fans did not work and we would have liked a toaster for bagels.
