This beautiful ground floor Villa is what you are looking for. It is modern, fully air conditioned and equipped to a very high standard. It has great outdoor space with a swimming pool and comfortable accommodations for 6 people.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen/living/dining area and plenty of outdoor dining space. Guests will enjoy our lush tropical gardens, an ocean view from both the living room and the upper deck. The upper deck gives guests a magnificent view of the island, spectacular sunrise and sunset views; you will certainly unwind in comfort and luxury.
The villa is equipped with Flat screen TVs in each bedroom. Cable television is connected to all TV's with the living room having a 58-inch flat screen television.
The house has a built in security alarm system, wireless Internet and free calls to and from the USA!
If you are looking for a totally private backyard oasis, look no further. Our beautiful property backs onto a nature reserve assuring you total privacy. It also offers relaxation with a covered patio and nighttime lighting of the surrounding pool area. There is also a lower patio area that allows for sun bathing.
The villa is located in an upscale neighborhood only 1/2 mile inland from the beaches and high-rise hotels and minutes away from the highly rated Tierra Del Sol golf course. It is just minutes away from some of Aruba's finest attractions. Just a short 3 minute car ride to fabulous restaurants, shopping malls where you will find everything from local cuisine to TGI Friday's, an incredible choice of bars and evening entertainment, casinos and movie theaters.
In Aruba, parking is not an issue just drive and park, it really is that simple! Load up your beach gear, a picnic, and take yourselves off to one of numerous coral sand beaches where the clear blue water is warm, the sand remains cool, and the views are just unbelievable. Or spend your day around the pool, with your entire home comforts close by. With a chilled drink in one hand, your biggest decision will be whether to eat in or out that evening!
Our house is managed by an 'on Island Property Manager'. Our Property Manager will wait for you at the house when you arrive and she will take you through the home making you feel comfortable with the property. The Property Manager is also there to provide you with information about the Island.
However you choose to spend your vacation, our villa provides a comfortable and luxurious base from which to explore this beautiful island.

What a great property! It was a return trip for me, my nephew, his wife, and his two teenagers. We stayed there in 2019 and loved it so much we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when returning to Aruba. We were there for 11 nights. The house has everything you need and was spotless and the backyard is unbelieveably beautiful. A really nice pool, gazebo with fan, lights and chairs. A lanai with a table with six chairs for outside dining as well as four very comfortable chairs with cushions. Striking landscape with different palms and cacti. For those who care, a tv in the living room and in all three of the bedrooms. The host, Gabi, couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. The house is vey close to beaches, casinos, and shopping. I can't speak highly enough about this property. I highly recommend it and would return any time I could.

This beautiful villa was well located on the northern end of Aruba. We celebrated our wedding anniversary along with our adult children. The location is within walking distance of a great little restaurant (Bean Corner Cafe) and a small market, which was very handy. The home had three bedrooms, a wonderful pool, and beautiful Gazebo for relaxing outside. Aruba is not a large island, so it did not take long to drive from one end to another, and the location of this villa made exploration of the island easy.The owners communicated with me regularly, providing important information, especially as we go close to arrival time.

the house was just as advertised. beautiful. kids loved the pool. it was their favorite part of the property. we stay at the caribbean palm resort so it was so easy to get to. we will all go again. thanks so much.

The positive: Overall the home is nice and the backyard pool area is great. The home has just about anything that one would need to enjoy a stay. The negative: The hot water heater that supplies hot water to the showers was not working which made showering uncomfortable as you can imagine. I understand "things happen" but an inoperative hot water heater for the duration of our stay made things uncomfortable. With the owners permission, I even attempted troubleshooting and ignitor battery replacement on the unit to no avail. How many renters would have attempted that? We were left with the "sorry for the inconvenience" reply upon checkout. As a tradesman, I guess I should have submitted a service call invoice.
