About this villa rental

Casa Azucena is a bright and spacious villa with capacity for 6 people. Located in the exclusive area of La Guardia Park in Javea. A 5-minute drive away there are a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket, and 10 minutes by car is the Cap de La Nao peninsula and lighthouse, which offers stunning views of rocky capes and bays. The nearby coves of Granadella and La Barraca offer the possibility of snorkelling, swimming in the sea and enjoying beach bars.



Distributed over two floors, on the ground floor there is a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a bedroom with two beds and an independent bathroom, easily accessible from the living room, kitchen and pool area, making both rooms ideal for guests with mobility issues. The main en-suite bedroom is on the first floor and benefits from a fabulous south-facing balcony with views of the pool and gardens.



In the exterior, summer life is particularly well catered for with south-facing furnished terraces and the spacious and sunny pool area for sunbathing and relaxing. The walled and enclosed gardens are partly lawn and partly gravel, planted with palm trees, flowering shrubs and small trees.



JH loves: Casa Azucena is about 7-10 minutes by car from the cafés, bars and restaurants of Arenal beach, and 15 minutes by car from Jávea port and the old town. The Javea golf course and the 18 holes of La Sella are also 25 minutes by car from the villa, making it the perfect base for the whole family.



Advice JH: Casa Azucena is located just 300 metres from Casa Mitra and Casa Serena. If you are on holiday with a large family or friends, booking one or more of these properties could be the perfect solution!

1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.



2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €500 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.



3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract

We love the layout of the villa especially the main guests having the entire upstairs to themselves and location. You have options to walk to local restaurants to eat or drink. Nice quiet location or a short drive to the Arenal As we booked this a year before travelling, I would recommend a polite text or email from Javea holidays just confirming checking out times and any other relevant information as this was missed by us as we had a transfer booked and the company said 1pm we presumed we could stay in the villa until this time. If we had a polite prompt a few days before check out we would have vacated at the correct time.

Beautiful villa in a great location. Very clean and spacious. Beautiful modern kitchen and bathrooms. We noticed the main door has no handle on the outside so if it shuts and you are outside there is no way of getting in if the other doors are not open. Would be better if there was a handle so you can open it from outside.

The villa was amazing. Everything was top spec. From the perfectly equipped kitchen to the lovely bedding. WiFi was very good. Huge showers in modern bathrooms. Best part for us was the beautiful outside areas. Fantastic size pool for a family. The patio furniture was just great. Perfect for dining and lounging day time and evening. Wonderful holiday. We’d love to stay again. Thank you. The only thing we missed was an electric gate. Not a big issue and it certainly didn’t spoil our holiday.

We stayed as a family of six and a baby. The layout of the villa inside and out was perfect for us. Enough space in the living areas and bedrooms with plenty of shady outdoor areas for when it got too hot! The pool was fantastic - it’s quite deep but you’re advised about this in the booking information. The villa itself is in a rural setting with a few bars and restaurants within walking distance but a car is essential to explore the area and for those big supermarket trips! We’ve stayed in Javea many times and usually book direct but this time we booked through Javea Holidays. The booking process was easy and the team were fantastic in responding to queries and making sure we had everything we needed- wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.
