With its vibrant decor, relaxed atmosphere, private setting, and ample sleeping accommodations for up to 14 people, this 4-bedroom waterfront retreat is ideal for families, couples, corporate retreats, golf enthusiasts, and Lodge of the Four Seasons convention attendees seeking a secluded getaway.
Designed to provide utmost comfort, the villa comprises four bedrooms, two furnished with king beds and two with queen beds. Additionally, three queen sofa sleepers ensure a restful night's sleep for everyone. Spanning two levels of captivating lakeview living, the upper level offers two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with an adjacent dining area, and a balcony. The lower level boasts two more bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a wet bar complete with a mini refrigerator, multiple cozy sitting areas, and a magnificent lakeview living space that leads to a sweeping multi-level deck overlooking the water. This family friendly house also has a crib, highchair, baby changing pad, and a baby gate at the top of the stairs. You can easily access the swim platform at the water's edge, allowing you to fully embrace the tranquil lake surroundings.
As a guest of Treetop Village, you'll have access to two outdoor neighborhood pools. Located in the esteemed Village of Four Seasons, just off Horseshoe Bend Parkway, and only minutes away from the Lodge of the Four Seasons, our villa offers the perfect vantage point to savor all the wonders of Lake of the Ozarks. Two renowned golf courses, the Cove and the Ridge, are also just a stone's throw away. We had a wonderful time. Home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The interior design is dated but I believe that is also part of its charm. Great deck and amazing view of the lake! Would absolutely stay here again.

house had a unpleasant smell to it. Carpet appeared well over 40 years old. Many things not working (blinds, steam room, ceiling fans broke, and more). Great view and location but condition of home is extremely old and untouched for decades.
